Main Drive Kew

Main Drive Kew is a rare example of how a housing project can be sympathetically woven into a complex and challenging site with significant topographical, vegetation, historical and cultural overlays. MDG created contemporary landscape solutions for both premium residential homes and assisted-care dwellings. Each house and landscape outcome was carefully crafted to ensure the strongest possible relationship between inside and out. The steep linear park has provided a quality landscape space nestled between redgum trees. The irregular sculptural deck weaves and meanders through the spaces formed between the trees enabling vantage points, with seating elements rising from the decking material.
