VIP and Mirvac's 71 hectare flagship development in Rockbank proposed a new direction in residential communities, comprising a diverse series of integrated open spaces. The masterplan and urban design response prepared by MDG proposed a rich and diverse landscape character with an impressive range of amenities and spaces. The first stages of the project included a major new park with dramatic ‘tree-house' elements and nature-play.
